Electronic service of documents

The Law Office provides the clients with legal services related to the electronic submission of proposals to the Companies Register and Trade Register having a significant impact on savings in court and administrative fees that should be otherwise paid by the client.

In the case of the Companies Register, the saving in costs amounts to 50 % (fifty per cent) of the court fee.

Two examples for illustration:

a) when establishing a limited liability company, the standard court fee is EUR 331.50, in the case of electronic submission, one half of the amount shall be paid, i.e. the sum EUR 165.75.

b) when registering the amendments in the company, the standard court fee amounts to EUR 66.00; in the case of electronic submission it shall be reduced to EUR 33.00.

In the case of electronic submissions addressed to the Trade Register, some acts are absolutely free from administrative fees, such as:

a) the issue of a Certificate of Trade Licence for every free trade licence, where otherwise the standard administrative fee shall be EUR 5.00 per one free trade licence,

b) the issue of the extract from the public part of the Trade Register per person,

c) the issue of the overview of data registered in the Trade Register,

d) the execution of amendments in the Certificate of Trade Licence,

e) the issue of a confirmation that there is no record in the Trade Licence, and

f) the issue of the document that the provision of services on the basis of a trade licence is not restricted or banned,
where otherwise the administrative fee of EUR 3.00 would be charged.

The financial savings are expressed also in the quantity of the counterparts of the documents requiring for example the legal validation of a signature on the deed and that must be submitted within the relevant act as a multi-copy; this is not the case if submitted in electronic form, when every deed is submitted in just one counterpart.

As long as the deeds regarding the relevant act are compiled by the Law Office, no special fee is required for the electronic submission.

Should the client be interested only in the electronic submission, the fee charged by the Law Office shall be at the amount of a standard hourly rate.
