The Law Office offers the possibility of communication and provision of legal advisory and legal services by means of electronic communication to the clients. The main advantages of on-line legal services / advisory are in particular the speed of communication, time saving as well as saving of transport costs.

However, due to the personal data protection or confidentiality obligation, not every legal problem may be dealt with using electronic communication; therefore the Law Office shall always consider the suitability of the form of provision of the required legal service or legal advisory in the particular matter in advance. The provision of legal advisory or legal services in electronic form may not be legally claimed. The Lawyer shall be entitled to the remuneration agreed in advance with the client for the provision of legal services or legal advisory in electronic form.

The Law Office cooperates with the internet portal www.superpravnik.sk by means of which it provides free legal advisory in selected fields of law up to the extent of 30 minutes, in the form of a written response to the question registered on the portal. The provision of free legal advisory may not be legally claimed.
